our vision​

 

Looking to the future, we plan to build a commercial kitchen on-site. This will enable us to prepare fresh food every day, offer hot lunches and a variety of other delicious items. Our efficiency and productivity will increase, we will mitigate food waste and loss, we will support and work closely with our local producers and attract more commerce to our little town. We envision becoming a food destination with the ultimate goal of opening a bistro where people can enjoy a fabulous meal, prepared with local & organic ingredients, in a charming setting.
